Jon Hokama started his business advisory firm, Jon Hokama and Associates, during the Great Recession and recently completed a self-guided pilgrimage with wife Susan amidst the COVID-19 crisis in Spain. An Enneagram Type 3 “Achiever”, he has served in multiple roles across sales operations, marketing, executive coaching and organizational development in Fortune 100 companies. These superpowers are most evident in one-on-one executive coaching and team facilitation. His specialty is providing Enneagram-based executive coaching and spiritual direction for business owners.

Jon’s current clients include business owners, the Economy of Communion, North America, where he serves as Coordinator, and the Center for Action and Contemplation, where he serves as TA/facilitator. Jon was trained as both an ordained Presbyterian minister (M.Div.) and as financial economist (M.A. in economics). Today you’ll see Jon learning how to “be” and relax into “being” friend, husband, father, and “Papa” (grandpa).
